TPA headquarters are located in the peaceful forested countryside of northern North Carolina, near the Virginia border.  Our operations were based here to help facilitate the start of our USA operations in North Carolina, a perennial top-10 state for domestic sex trafficking.

The ministry we've established at this location has become the model for our operations in other US cities, beginning with high-risk children in juvenile detention and progressing with prevention education through public and private schools.
